Administrator przetwarza dane za pośrednictwem strony na użytek:

1. formularza kontaktowego – umożliwiając w ten sposób Czytelnikom możliwość podjęcia kontaktu bezpośredniego z autorem (kategorie danych – A, B, E i F),
2. systemu komentarzy – umożliwiając w ten sposób Czytelnikom możliwość wyrażenia publicznie swojej opinii na temat tworzonych przez autora treści (kategorie danych – A, B, C i D),
3. statystyki – umożliwiając w ten sposób autorowi możliwość analizy popularności wpisów, aby prawidłowo dobierać tematykę w przyszłości (kategoria danych – G).

Dane osobowe są przetwarzane do momentu skutecznego wniesienia sprzeciwu przez użytkownika.
Administrator dokłada szczególnej staranności w celu ochrony interesów osób, których dane dotyczą, a w szczególności zapewnia, że zbierane przez niego dane są:

1. przetwarzane zgodnie z prawem,
2. zbierane dla oznaczonych, zgodnych z prawem celów i niepoddawane dalszemu przetwarzaniu niezgodnemu z tymi celami,
3. merytorycznie poprawne i adekwatne w stosunku do celów, w jakich są przetwarzane oraz przechowywane w postaci umożliwiającej identyfikację osób, których dotyczą, nie dłużej niż jest to niezbędne do osiągnięcia celu przetwarzania.

(znany również pod nazwą domeny CBA.pl), ale cała infrastruktura uruchomiona jest w serwerowni firmy LeaseWeb Netherlands B.V. zlokalizowanej pod adresem Hessenbergweg 95 1101 CX, Amsterdam, Holandia, a więc na terenie Unii Europejskiej.

Dane przetwarzane na tym blogu powierzane są jedynie dostawcy hostingu, na której uruchomiony jest niniejszy blog. Jest to firma ABC Hosting Ltd.

Dane przetwarzane na tym blogu nie są udostępniane (lub powierzane) innym podmiotom trzecim i nie opuszczają serwera, na którym są przechowywane.

JAKĄ (kontrolę nad swoimi danymi ma użytkownik?)

Użytkownik może w dowolnym momencie:

1. zażądać dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych,
2. zażądać sprostowania treści swoich danych osobowych,
3. zażądać ograniczenia przetwarzania swoich danych osobowych,
4. wnieść sprzeciw wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych,
5. usunięcia i co za tym idzie zaprzestania dalszego przetwarzania swoich danych osobowych.

Powyższe żądania należy składać poprzez wskazane dane kontaktowe Administratora, będą one procedowane niezwłocznie.

G. fully anonymized statistical information (number of page views, referring medium, time spent on the page).

WHY (is the data being collected?)

The Administrator processes the data through the website for the following purposes:

1. contact form – allowing readers to directly contact the author (data categories – A, B, E, and F),
2. comment system – allowing readers to publicly express their opinions on the author’s content (data categories – A, B, C, and D),
3. statistics – enabling the author to analyze the popularity of posts and appropriately select topics in the future (data category – G).

Personal data is processed until the user effectively raises an objection.
The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the individuals whose data is processed, ensuring that the data collected by them is:

1. processed lawfully,
2. collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,

The data processed on this blog is only entrusted to the hosting provider on which this blog is hosted. This is ABC Hosting Ltd.
